Sun and moon tattoos are actually candy in cartoon type. The moon may be inked in a half smiling face blowing air and solar smiling away on the warmth he is creating. In a fantasy type, you can just about do whatever you need but here's a suggestion. Perhaps a blue half moon with a green half solar including some rays emanating so people can acknowledge the symbol. The solar and moon tattoo can mean different things to totally different culture and beliefs, but it's generally thought to be a representation of the 2 opposing powers.
