Whether you are a child or an adult, you'll simply enjoy it. In hip hop, less time is invested in versatility, as it is not as required to the majority of styles of hip jump being educated in dancing workshops. There will certainly still be some extending going on, but the emphasis will not get on obtaining a complete split or a high kick. Instead, extending will work as a general warm up.
